Connecticut Non-Resident Permit Class

This class is only for students with a valid pistol permit in their home state.
Some graduates expressed interest in getting a Connecticut non-resident CCW.
CT requires the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Class. Each of you completed the lecture portion of this class, but the shooting portion is much longer than the NY Qualification.
Note: You cannot apply for a non-resident CT permit until you have a valid permit in your home state. This is a requirement set forth by the state of Connecticut.
We also will provide the application paperwork and required passport photos
Students will need:

100 rounds of ammo

Appropriate safety and range gear (eye and ear protection)

Holster that is made for your handgun*(*Inside the waistband holsters are acceptable if they are molded and do not collapse)

Spare handgun magazines if you have them

Magazine belt carriers are preferred

Pants with belt loops and a sturdy belt

Appropriate footwear for walking, running, and movement**NO FLIP-FLOPS, SANDALS, OR GYM SHORTS

This course also exceeds the requirements for Florida.
