From first-time applicant to licensed, lawful carrier

This is where it starts. Over four weeknights in Ossining, you’ll learn New York’s carry laws in plain language, how to handle and store a handgun safely, and the judgment that comes with carrying one. Then you’ll put it to work on the outdoor range at Blue Mountain. It’s the course New York State and NYC require for a concealed carry license, taught by instructors who have trained more than 3,000 New Yorkers.
